Jakarta Street Band - popular streetsongs, folk- and popsongs on guitar, kendangs (handdrums), suling (bambooflute), vox and violin. The official JSB-site (in Dutch language) is jakartastreetband.nl>

Kalangkang - small chamber ensemble with kecapi (zither), suling and vocals. Now also optional small gamelan.

Eté Parfait - Renadi Santoso and Jessica Polak compose, adapt and perform quasi-mediaeval//renaissance music and Celtic, Sephardic and other folksongs.

Gong Tirta - modern and traditional gamelanmusic ensemble playing music from Bali and their own compositions. Attention! Gong Tirta has also a site on her own in Dutch language: www.freewebs.com/gong_tirta>

Theater Djempol - story-telling theatre for children with Martijn Apituley, under direction and production of Dominique Roskott.

Dance - a new addition to the site this year. This page is still under construction. Find out about Renadi's classical and modern dance activities. Look out for add-ons and updates.

Collaborations - project-based work with other people/ensembles.

Santoso Sings - Adi Santoso sings in his personal style of 'Seriosa' songs from the keroncong and Lagu Rakyat repertory.

Aorta - spiritual, avant-garde rock. With Mark van Kempen (drums, keyboard, vox).

Immortal Fit - prog. soulfusion. With a.o. Akkemay Elderenbos (leadvocals, piano).

Angklung Santosa - Folksongs from several regions of Indonesia on bamboo instruments et al.

Awas! - gamelan meets prog. rock.

The right choice -

If you're looking for live music, the choice on offer is immense. In this site you'll find our small collection with a great diversity and our aim is to help you making the right choice for your event, big or small.

* If it's intimate and small-scale live-music what you need, check out Kalangkang (Indonesian) or Eté Parfait (Western).

* If you like a lively acoustic band-format, take a look at the Jakarta Street Band page.

* For bigger events there's Gong Tirta, the fourteen-piece gamelan ensemble. Wether concert-style or as colourful backgroundmusic, the variety of the repertoire makes tailor-made programming possible. We also work together with dancers, a great option.

* If a fourteen player-gamelan is too much, ask for our special small-scale gamelan options!

* Theatre for children (from six years and up) is brought to you by Theater Djempol.

* And our workshops will give your guests/participants some action!
